Uzmaan Ghouse began his career as a hotelier organizing events at the Ceylon Continental Hotel and the Cinnamon Grand Colombo. At the age of 23 he founded Eventz N Trendz with Iyanthie de Silva in 2009.

Uzmaan was interviewed by "BBC News" in April 2011. BBC News telecasted a wedding program, "Extreme World - Weddings" two weeks before the ROYAL wedding of Prince William & Kate Middleton.

Since 2021, Uzmaan has been carrying on as the Owner and CEO of Eventz N Trendz.

The company organized the weddings of Celebrities like Santhush Weeraman, Ajantha Mendis, Rangana Herath, Nadini Premadasa, Farveez Maharoof & Lahiru Perera. They also organized the weddings of the sons' of Former Prime Minister D.M.Jayaratne and Former President Maithripala Sirisena.
